Call list for today

Built from your pipeline, open tasks, lead heat, and this week’s birthdays and closing anniversaries.

Pipeline

Every lead, one board.

Move people forward as the conversation changes. Values are your own estimates, only if you choose to add them.

Leads

Find anyone fast.

Search the book, filter it down, import a list, or export everything you own.

Import leads from CSV

Use a file or paste CSV below. The first row should name the columns. At minimum, include name plus phone or email. Recognized columns include name, phone, email, source, stage, rating, tags, address, closing date, birthday, value, and notes.

Backup & restore

Download a backup file of everything in AgentCRM on this device, or restore from a backup file you downloaded earlier. Restoring replaces the leads on this device with the ones in the file — a file that is not a valid AgentCRM backup changes nothing.

Import from Homebot HQ

Bring your homeowner book over from Homebot HQ. In Homebot HQ, load your list and tap “Send to AgentCRM” — it saves a file named homebot-hq-for-agentcrm.json. Pick that file here and every household lands as a contact with source Homebot HQ, tagged “Homebot HQ”, home value and equity included when the export carries them. Anyone already in AgentCRM (same email or phone) is skipped, never duplicated. This is a file handoff, not a live sync — the two apps will share directly once AgentOS accounts launch Nov 4.

Import from GuestBook

Bring your open-house sign-ins over from GuestBook. In GuestBook, open the host dashboard and tap “Send to AgentCRM” — it saves a file named guestbook-for-agentcrm.json holding every sign-in from every open house, with the answers each guest gave. Pick that file here and every guest lands as a contact with source GuestBook, tagged “GuestBook”, and the open house noted on their timeline. Anyone already in AgentCRM (same email or phone) is skipped, never duplicated. This is a file handoff, not a live sync — the two apps will share directly once AgentOS accounts launch Nov 4.

Smart Campaigns

A plan for every kind of lead.

Enroll someone and AgentCRM creates the touch tasks with dates and copy-and-send scripts. It never sends messages for you.

Active enrollments

Pick up the next touch, copy the words, send it yourself, then mark it complete.

Gone Quiet

The rescue list.

Limits are simple: New 2 days, Working 14, Hot 7, Nurture 45. Other stages use plain check-in limits shown on each card.

Open-house guest sign-ins count 5 points each — log them here for now; they’ll count themselves when AgentOS accounts arrive.
